Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
All orders will be completed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Delivery date may change due to weather conditions and if items were purchased on day of a sale. Sydney Metro orders placed before 12pm Sydney local time on a business day and will be shipped out and delivered the same day between 7-10pm.
All customers will be provided with a tracking number via email or phone number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. If items was not received based on certain circumstances, we will reship the items.
Domestic Orders are shipped via Australia Post and you will be supplied with a tracking number. Tracking number will be provided via email. Customer should contact local post office or customs to locate package if not received within time frame.
All international orders are shipped via DHL express and you will be supplied with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. Please refer to mail carrier with your tracking information for assistance on locating your products. If customs require fee it must be paid by the purchaser
For all international orders please allow 7-20 days to receive your order.
Please ensure address and contact details is entered correctly when order is placed. If your order was sent back to us due to incorrect address a refund minus the original shipping fee will be applied to your original method of payment.
